The Western Home Furnishings Assn. honored its retiring executive director, Dave Lane, with a benefit fundraiser during the San Francisco Winter Market. The event at the Mark Hopkins Inter-Continental Hotel, along with additional donations, raised $9,000 for the Parkinson's Institute in Sunnyvale, Calif.
