Because of incorrect information received by Furniture/Today, a story last week about a new upholstery venture founded by industry veteran Howard Slavin and his son Michael contained inaccuracies. The company, Preferred Furniture, is a marketing entity to sell domestically produced upholstery in the $499 to $799 price points.
