Popcorn will speak to N.Y. IFDA on Aug. 7

NEW YORK — NEW YORK — Trend forecaster Faith Popcorn will speak at a meeting of the New York Chapter of the International Furnishings and Design Assn. on Wednesday, Aug. 7 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Janovic Plaza here.
Popcorn, founder of BrainReserve Marketing Consultancy, is credited with coining the terms "cocooning," "anchoring," "cashing out," and "pleasure revenge."
She has created licensed home furnishings products for La-Z-Boy and Hooker.
