• Increased Accessory sales by 118% the first year as Accessory Buyer and 20-30% year over year for past 10 years
• Developed and organized annual offsite Dealer Meetings to introduce our stores to new merchandise for the upcoming season

• Created "Lasting Impressions", the Badcock branded "store within a store" accessory category
• Led strategic plan and implementation of the new website initiative for W S Badcock which was launched 9/1/2008 with our first e-commerce offerings
