Zenith Global Logistics partners with truckers

Will ship home furnishings throughout North America

CONOVER, N.C. — Zenith Global Logistics, a supply chain services provider for the home furnishings industry, has formed partnerships with six trucking firms that will allow the company to offer shipping throughout North America.

The six trucking firms, which also specialize in home furnishings, will supplement Zenith's trucking fleet, Zenith Freight Lines.

"Now, our customers can rely on transportation to or from anywhere in North America," said Jack Hawn, Zenith president and CEO. "Whether they're shipping from one of their domestic warehouses or one of ours, our customers can reach their retailers and distributors quickly and consistently."

The six firms are Anderson Truck Lines, which operates along the Atlantic Coast and in the Southeast; DeJong Enterprises, which specializes in moving freight between Canada and the Eastern and Central United States; FurnigistiX Distribution Services, which serves the West Coast; Murrow's Transfer, which serves 20 states in the Midwest and South; Vanco Trucking, which serves five Western states; and Wiseway Transportation, which serves 11 Midwestern states.

Zenith operates more than 4.5 million square feet of warehouse space at 11 locations in Southern California, Texas, North Carolina and Virginia. The company also has partnerships with several firms for logistics services between the U.S. and Asia.
