Stefanie J. Lucas is President/CEO of Rowe Fine Furniture, Inc. She joined Rowe in April 2003 as Senior VP and was promoted to President/CEO in March 2007. Currently, the Rowe portfolio of brands includes Rowe Furniture, Clayton Marcus, Robin Bruce and At Home with B. Smith.

Under her direction, Rowe successfully introduced its first partnership with a recognized designer — the Jonathan Adler Furniture collection — bringing a new distribution base to Rowe. She also helped increase the number of retailers for both the Rowe and Robin Bruce brands to include major national department stores, key national chains and select independents. During a difficult period of reorganization for Rowe's parent company, The Rowe Companies, Stefanie helped in marketing the company to be sold and in 2006 Rowe was purchased by Sun Capital Partners. In October 2007, Stefanie oversaw the acquisition of Clayton Marcus into the Rowe portfolio of brands.

Prior to joining Rowe, Ms. Lucas was Vice-President of Global Marketing for Reebok International's Rockport division. During her seven years with this leading footwear and apparel manufacturer, she oversaw the successful re-launch of the Rockport brand and initiated strategic marketing efforts including global advertising campaigns, e-commerce, film promotion tie-ins and a brand magazine targeting consumers. Her responsibilities included brand strategy, advertising, public relations, retail marketing, visual presentation and international marketing in 27 countries around the world.
In 2001, Rockport was named Footwear Marketer of the Year.

Ms. Lucas' experience in brand management was garnered over ten years of working in-house for the national chain Chico's Casual Clothing, which is now recognized as one of the most successful women's apparel retailers in the U.S., as well as working with an agency in New York and co-founding her own advertising agency in Florida. She also had direct experience with retail distribution and sales, which she continues to successfully integrate with all brand initiatives.

Stefanie J. Lucas was born in New Jersey. She graduated from University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts and later completed course work at Harvard Business School's Program for Brand Management. Ms. Lucas currently resides in Fairfax County, Virginia with her husband and their two children.
