WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Furniture manufacturer and importer Chromcraft Revington said that Frank Kane, executive vice president and chief financial officer, has retired.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company said it is still negotiating the terms of Kane's retirement package. He had been chief financial officer since 1992.
No replacement was named, but the company said Myron Hamas had been promoted to vice president of finance. Hamas has been with Chromcraft Revington since 2002 and most recently was director of corporate services.
Kane is the latest of several senior executives to leave the company in recent months. Other departures have included CEO Ben Anderson-Ray and Senior Vice President of Sales Dennis Valkanoff.
Ronald Butler, a member of the board of directors since 2004, was named chairman and CEO in July.
