![]() Jeff Davis, fourth from left, of Klaussnerhome Furnishings, Greensboro, N.C., stands with the Dogbe family — Hakim, left, Jeriah, Clement, Rochelle and Daviyon. The family received more than $3,200 in furniture donated by Davis’ store. |
In an effort called A Home for the Holidays, the store, owned by Jeff Davis, donated four dressers and a coffee table valued in excess of $3,200 to the Dogbe family, which was once homeless but recently moved into a new residence.
To facilitate the donation, Klaussnerhome teamed up with Help1Up, which is affiliated with the non-profit National Furniture Bank Assn., and which selected the family based on need.
Rochelle Dogbe expressed the family's gratitude for "Klaussnerhome's help in providing our children with these necessities."
