u Executives with Kincaid Furniture Co. dished out some cheer during the company's annual holiday lunch for employees at its plants in Hudson and Taylorsville, N.C. The meal has been a tradition at the company since 1946.

u Contemporary bedroom, dining and occasional furniture supplier LDC Designs has taken back control of certain designs from BermanFalk. After two years of licensing with BermanFalk, LDC took back designs that are not currently produced or marketed.
