Waggoner leaves Mathis Bros.
By Furniture Today Staff -- Furniture Today, January 26, 2009
ONTARIO, Calif. — Industry veteran Doug Waggoner has left Mathis Bros., where he most recently was vice president and general manager of the Top 100 company's store here.
Waggoner said he resigned to pursue opportunities on the wholesale side of the business, preferably in or around Texas, where his daughter is going to school and his wife's family resides. He joined Oklahoma City-based Mathis in March 2000 as vice president of marketing.
Mathis Bros. executives could not be reached immediately for information on a replacement.
