Selamat, Feizy receive ARTS awards

DALLAS — Accent furniture manufacturer Selamat Designs, rug source Feizy Rugs and several furniture stores were among the winners of this year's Accessories Resource Team Awards, announced here this month.

Feizy also was inducted into the ARTS Hall of Fame as a five-time award winner.

Other categories recognized included decorative accessories, lighting, floral, lamps, tabletop and wall décor.

Furniture store winners by region were 24e in Savannah, Ga., East/Atlantic; HW Home in Boulder, Colo., Midwest/Southwest; and Interior Illusions in West Hollywood, Calif., West.

Union Lighting & Furnishings, Toronto, won the international retailer award, while Mark Abrams of Mark Abrams Design, Greensboro, N.C., won the production designer honor and Leon & Lulu, Clawson, Mich., was named Rising Star Retailer.
