Thomasville's latest magazine focuses more closely on lifestyle

THOMASVILLE, N.C. — Thomasville Furniture has published the latest edition of Thomasville Magazine, with articles about the company's products, retailers and customers.
"In the 2002 edition, we've shifted the focus closer to the Thomasville lifestyle and shopping experience," said Jim Adams, senior vice president and chief marketing officer. "Our intention is for readers to get a true sense of the possibilities that exist with Thomasville's wide array of home décor offerings, whether they want to add a few dramatic pieces to a single room or completely furnish an entire home."
One article, based on an actual customer's letter, features a Hemingway scholar who has decorated her home with the company's Ernest Hemingway Collection. Another story illustrates how pieces from the same collection mix "seamlessly and artfully" with antiques in a Charleston show home.
The magazine is available via the Web at www.thomasville.com or at Thomasville stores. It has a $12.50 cover price, which includes postage and handling for those ordering on the Internet. The magazine is free to those ordering two or more Thomasville catalogs.
