Clayton in Spring Air sales post

CHICAGO — Bedding veteran Stephen Clayton has joined Spring Air as vice president of sales, strategic accounts, a new position.
Most recently, Clayton was general manager and regional vice president of sales for Simmons in the Southeast for five years. Previously, he was with Sealy for 16 years. He also has been active in the International Home Furnishings Representatives Assn., serving as president of the Georgia chapter.
"This past year's success in our growth during the difficult business climate has created a need for the addition of this position," said Jim Nation, Spring Air president. Clayton, based in Chicago, will spearhead Spring Air's push to expand in existing and emerging channels of distribution.
