New Directions names Perone SVP of marketing

PHOENIX — Case goods resource New Directions Mfg. has named Sam Perone to the new position of senior vice president of marketing.

He joined the company in 1995 and has been national accounts manager since 1999. A 28-year industry veteran, he previously worked for A-America, Brookwood, Schnadig and Bassett.

"Sam will direct his attention to merchandising and marketing our development of product and our account structure," said President Jack Horner.

He said New Directions is planning to expand its home entertainment, home office and bedroom lines, adding Perone will work with Jason Horner, vice president of manufacturing, to create products that meet the needs of consumers.
