Laurene Gandolfo named EVP of home private brands at Macy's

NEW YORK — Laurene Gandolfo has been named executive vice president for home private brands at Macy's.
She will report to Tim Adams, who has been named chief private brand officer in the company's reorganized structure.
Mike Harlin has been named executive vice president and general planning manager for home, reporting to Julie Greiner, who has become chief merchandise planning officer in the new organization.
Gandolfo who joined Macy's from sister company Bloomingdale's in November 2004 as senior vice president of home for the then Federated Merchandising Group (later Macy's Merchandising Group) was moved to Macy's Home Store in August 2006 as senior vice president, home textiles.
Harlin was senior vice president of planning and replenishment for Macy's Home Store.
As a result of the reorganization, Macy's Home Store will no longer exist. Instead, the Home Store functions will be integrated into Macy's national merchandising, planning, stores and marketing organizations.
