Shelba Johnson Trucking, Hep Direct team up

Offering range of furniture warehousing and home delivery services

THOMASVILLE, N.C. — Specialized furniture carrier Shelba D. Johnson Trucking and home delivery provider Hep Direct have entered into a joint venture offering a range of warehousing and home delivery services.

Under the new venture, delivery will be available to retailers in 22 eastern and Midwestern states, while home delivery is available throughout the 48 contiguous states.

Services include truckload and less-than-truckload shipments, container movement and home delivery. Orders can be tracked online.

The two companies will use a network of four warehouses in central North Carolina and an additional warehouse in Fontana, Calif., from which retail deliveries are now available.
