WENATCHEE, Wash. — Youth furniture resource Bedtime Holdings has been sold to an affiliate of the Chinese factory where its products are made.

The new owner, Shawin International Group, purchased the company from Oklahoma City-based retailer Mathis Bros., which had owned Bedtime Holdings since 2007.

Bedtime Holdings will continue to be operated by founder Bob Woodyard and Ron Holliday, director of sales and marketing, and will continue to be based in Wenatchee.

Shawin International is an affiliate of Jiangsu Xiangsheng Bedtime Furniture Co., and the Chinese company will continue to produce the Bedtime Holdings product line.
