Reb Nicholson joins Designmaster as VP

Will lead sales, marketing at dining furniture specialist

HICKORY, N.C. — Industry veteran Reb Nicholson has joined dining furniture specialist Designmaster as vice president of sales and marketing, a new position.

Nicholson began his career with Levitz Furniture in 1972 and has held management positions with B. Bugatch Home Furnishings, The Lane Co., Stoneville Furniture, L. Powell and Co., Magnussen Home and Chromcraft Revington.

At Designmaster he reports to Ted Corwin, president.

"I am pleased and encouraged to have Reb with us," said Corwin. "He has such a positive attitude. He is innovative and has unique ideas to help Designmaster move forward even in this tough economy."

The family-owned company makes fully upholstered dining chairs in choices of fabrics and finishes and supplies coordinating dining tables.
