Masterlooms promotes VP

SECAUCUS, N.J. — Jacob "Jack" Rahmanan has been promoted to president and chief operating officer of rug importer Masterlooms. He succeeds his father, Nasser Rahmanan, who becomes chief executive officer.

Most recently vice president, Jack Rahmanan is now responsible for general research and product development, internal operations and marketing.

As CEO, Nasser Rahmanan will concentrate on customer relations, development of strategic partnerships and expansion of the dealer network. He is president of the Oriental Rug Importers Assn.
