Badcock debuts 3 more new-format units

MULBERRY, Fla. — Top 100 company W.S. Badcock continues to transform its stores into Badcock Home Furniture & more units throughout the Southeast.
The revamped Baxley, Ga., store is 12,000 square feet and is owned and operated by Steve Wright.
In Wadesboro, N.C., another 12,000-square-foot store is owned and operated by Barry Altman.
Albemarle, N.C., is home to a 25,000-square-foot store that will be run by owner Barry Altman.
Badcock's goal is to convert 80% of its 340 stores to the new format by 2004.
