HIGH POINT — Natale Furniture, an Italian upholstery and case goods manufacturer, has named Adam Paxton to the new position of senior vice president of sales.
Paxton worked for six years at Rose Hill Furniture in Okolona, Miss., where he most recently was executive vice president of sales. Rose Hill manufactures upholstery and imports occasional furniture, which Paxton said gives him experience in Natale's categories.
He will work in Natale's U.S. headquarters here and reports to President James Riddle. Paxton's responsibilities include managing a North American sales force of 37 representatives.
"That really is my main focus, to work closer with the reps," he said. "What I am hoping to bring is a commitment to the sales reps and to the retailers, to add long-term stability and increased growth over that time."
