Powell unveils new logos, unit names

HIGH POINT — Powell, an importer of a wide variety of adult and juvenile furniture, is unveiling a series of new logos at the October market to more clearly identify products in its four major business units.
Along with the new logos, the company is renaming its Generations for the 21st Century line Powell Limited. This line includes master bedroom, casual dining, occasional, accent and home entertainment furniture.
The company's longstanding Powell line includes accent pieces, jewelry armoires and storage chests, while the company's metal beds are now organized into a business unit called Powell Beds.
The Powell Kids line continues to encompass all the company's juvenile furniture, including several new youth collections being introduced at market.
