ShowPlace plans parties, food service

HIGH POINT — ShowPlace is hosting several events for marketgoers during the upcoming International Home Furnishings Market here.
Each day from 4 to 7:30 p.m., the building will host a Sunset Shrimp & Oyster Bar on the fifth floor terrace.
From 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, Oct. 19, the Accessories Resource Team will host a party on the third floor balcony.
At 6:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 20, exhibitors and guests will be treated to a BBQ party in the atrium.
The following food services also are available at ShowPlace during market:

Frankie & Johnnie's Pizzaria on the third floor.

Chu's Oriental Express on the fourth floor.
