RER readies two brands for market
By Furniture Today Staff -- Furniture Today, October 7, 2001
High Point — RER Furniture, a manufacturer of high-quality, solid-mahogany furniture based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., will debut under two brand names at the October market.
One brand, Broughton Hall Ltd., will show traditional English bedroom collections in space 1-559 of Plaza Suites. Styles include 18th century, campaign, Regency and Louis Philippe.
The second brand, American Furniture Classics, will show bedroom, occasional and home office collections in space 2-362 of Plaza Suites.
RER has been marketing products in the past year in Florida and the Southeast. The company makes all its furniture in its own plant in Indonesia and sources all mahogany from sustainable plantations.
"We use traditional joinery and the most advanced woodworking machinery to produce furniture of the highest quality," said Roy Hadinata, vice president of international operations.
