Scottsdale, Ariz. — Thunderbird Furniture here is returning to the High Point market in a permanent showroom. The maker of adult and youth bedroom in alder and oak will exhibit this month in space 609 of Furniture Plaza.
The move allows the company to better serve customers in the East and Midwest, said John Payne, sales manager.
The 47-year-old company has eight lines of bedroom furniture. The last time Thunderbird was in High Point was in October 2000 in subleased space.
