Wade brings French lines to market

By Furniture Today Staff -- Furniture Today, October 7, 2001

Wade Furniture, a resource for English reproduction case goods, will introduce at the October market solid-wood case goods from French manufacturers Nouvelle Societe Meubles Sourisseau and Nouvelle Societe Baudin Dixneuf.

Wade is the exclusive U.S. distributor for the furniture, which includes a full case goods offering. The Sourisseau line is in solid cherry, Baudin in solid oak.

"We are extremely excited by this arrangement," said Hal McAdams, president of Wade. "It extends our offering of fine European merchandise in a sophisticated country look while maintaining a high level of quality."

Dining tables will retail from $3,500 to $4,000, large armoire/entertainment centers from $4,000 to $4,500. Wade Furniture's showroom is at 330 N. Hamilton St.
