ADF names Stein sales VP

By Furniture Today Staff -- Furniture Today, September 9, 2001

Gary Stein has joined American Decorative Fabrics as vice president of sales, a new position for the company.

Stein was previously vice president of sales for Cone Decorative Fabrics.

ADF President Joe Rosenfeld said Stein will focus mainly on expanding the company's sales to upholstery and drapery jobbers. He said the company's sales force has grown rapidly and the addition of Stein will create opportunities for sales growth and take ADF's product into more fashion-oriented styling.

ADF is a Western-run Chinese mill that stocks open-line fabrics in the United States (in High Point and in Tupelo, Miss.) and maintains a warehouse in Toronto, Ontario. The company is a vertically integrated operation, from spinning of yarn through weaving, dying, finishing, print engraving and transferring, to a cut-and-sew service.
