Internet Café returns to Market Square

HIGH POINT — Market attendees will once again have an additional area to dine when the Internet Café makes a return to the spring International Home Furnishings Market here April 18-25.
The Internet Café debuted at the October 2001 market and received rave reviews from market attendees. Located on the Market Square Ground Floor, the Internet Café is co-sponsored by Merchandise Mart Properties Inc., Home Accents Today, Furniture/Today, SoHo Today, Kids Today and Casual Living.
The Café features 10 terminals wired with Roadrunner service to provide fast Internet access to anyone attending market. The café is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. throughout market and provides attendees the opportunity to take a break, get a bite to eat or a beverage, while checking their email, stock quotes, daily news or any other information.
The Café is the only public place at market where free Internet access is provided. Gateway Computers and its associates are providing the terminals, connectivity and technical support for the facility.
Also available at the Internet Café is a product locator. Buyers can use the Internet to scroll through product category offering throughout MMPI buildings.
