Blu Dot adds Flip Me table, Li'l Buddy desk

HIGH POINT — Blu Dot, maker of funky flat-pack furniture, will be showing two additions to its line of furniture novelties.
The company is introducing a reversible dining table and retro steel desk for small spaces.
The Flip Me table has a table with a two-sided top that can be flipped. One side has a high-pressure laminate surface for every-day use, and the other is a rift or straight-grain white oak for fancier occasions.
The three-inch top has a pin at either end that allows it to spin with a minimum of effort and a locking mechanism that keeps it stable during use.
The frame is made from solid oak. The table will retail for about $1,100.
The Li'l Buddy is petite with footprint dimensions of 20 inches by 34 inches. It has a hidden keyboard tray and is available in red, white or "risk averse" gray. It will retail for about $399.
