Calvin Klein furniture featured at The Armory Show

Featured in new Modern art area

Furniture Today Staff -- Furniture Today, March 6, 2009

NEW YORK — Pieces from Calvin Klein's new home furnishings collection will be featured in the Calvin Klein Home for Art in America Lounge at The Armory Show - Modern, the newest addition to the Armory Show, the International Fair of New Art, being held here through Sunday, March 8.

According to a news release, the lounge will allow guests to relax and experience pieces from the Curator Collection by Calvin Klein Home and Calvin Klein City, Weekend and Destination lines currently available at select Macy's stores.

The Calvin Klein collection was introduced last fall.

The Armory Show, The International Fair of New Art, is considered one of the world's leading art fairs devoted exclusively to contemporary art. For the first time in 10 years, the show is introducing a new section dedicated to dealers specializing in modern art. The addition of The Armory Show - Modern is located at Pier 92, concurrent with the main Armory Show, held on Pier 94.
