Hamilton Spill moves showroom, adds leather upholstery

HIGH POINT — Case goods and upholstery source Hamilton Spill will open its new showroom in Plaza Suites, space 310, during High Point's premarket event for retailers, March 23-24.
It will be Hamilton Spill's first time exhibiting at premarket. The company previously showed in the Center Point complex. At premarket, the company plans to show products from all categories at value-driven price points, a press release said. One new category to be introduced in High Point will be all-leather upholstery.
Hamilton Spill announced in February that the company was relocating its Richmond, British Columbia-based administrative functions to Hong Kong and that it was pulling out of the Las Vegas Market. Officials said the move was made to consolidate its operations in Hong Kong and to help boost international sales.
The company also is closing and selling off inventory from its Canada warehouse.
Premarket takes place about a month before the High Point Market, which opens April 25.
