Pepper Moon to cater IHFC facilities

Will take over at next month's High Point Market

HIGH POINT — The International Home Furnishings Center has awarded its food service contract to Greensboro, N.C.-based Pepper Moon Catering, which will prepare food for the IHFC's banquet facilities and the International Home Furnishings Club.

The company has been in business since 1996. In addition to the IHFC job, it will continue to provide catering for numerous individual exhibitors at the High Point Market.

Its contract with the IHFC includes lunch and dinner at the Home Furnishings Club, a popular lunch buffet in the International Ballroom, as well as catering for industry banquets and seminars.

Pepper Moon replaces Catering by Ellyn, a longtime Greensboro caterer that shut down last fall.

At the spring market, which starts April 25, the lunch buffet will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday through Thursday, while the home furnishings club will serve lunch Saturday through Wednesday, as well as dinner Friday through Tuesday.
