PHOENIX — Ted Raiman has joined Aspenhome as executive vice president of supply chain management and logistics.
Raiman's duties include working with furniture designers to find sources and raw materials for new products. He will work with James Chase, who has joined the company as director of U.S. logistics and distribution, to manage product warehousing and distribution as well as negotiate transportation and shipping issues.
Raiman has more than 15 years in global supply chain management with consumer goods companies.
“Aspenhome is a leader in the furniture industry, and I'm excited to join an organization that is striving for excellence in logistics and setting new principles for doing business in this industry,” Raiman said.
Chase was most recently with Hooker Furniture as senior director of logistics.
“These newly created positions are another major step towards our ongoing commitment to meet and exceed our retailers' expectations,” said Bill Colegrove, general manager and CEO of Aspenhome. “We are thrilled to have these men on our team. Their experience in logistics and building global supply chain teams throughout the world will greatly expand our future capabilities.”
