Carolina Mattress Guild moves showroom to Furniture Plaza
Will double space at High Point Market

HIGH POINT — Regional bedding producer Carolina Mattress Guild will occupy a new 3,000-square-foot showroom in Furniture Plaza on Main Street in High Point at this month's High Point Market.
This new showroom, space 100, is almost double the size of the company's previous space.
Carolina Mattress Guild has been showing in High Point as part of The Bedding Center at High Point Market since the center was launched by Merchandise Mart Properties Inc. at the April 2007 Market. Even with the move, the company is still considered to be a Bedding Center exhibitor, according to MMPI, which owns Furniture Plaza.
"High Point Market has been a great market for us," said Kathy Grigg, vice president of Carolina Mattress Guild. "So we are very excited to be opening our new permanent showroom this spring. The proximity of our showroom to The Bedding Center on the first floor of Plaza Suites is perfect."
Retailers visiting the showroom will see the company's new eco-friendly Natural Living Collection. The beds feature natural latex, bamboo ticking, soy-based foam, silk and wool fiber and retail from $799 to $1999. In addition, the producer will be showing its newly expanded Town & Country line featuring bedding at popular price points.
