Binke joins King Koil Northeast

WINDSOR, Conn. — Bedding veteran David Binke has joined King Koil Northeast as vice president of sales and marketing, a new position.
Binke is a 22-year veteran of the home furnishings industry, with experience at retail and wholesale in bedding. He spent nine years at Spring Air's licensee in California before joining Spring Air Partners, Spring Air's largest licensee, where he was executive vice president of sales and marketing.
"With the accelerated growth of King Koil during the last two years, we need David's experience, professionalism and retail background to further help us and our retail partners grow our business," said Mark Kolovson, president of King Koil Northeast, based in this city just outside Hartford.
The company is the brand's licensee for New England.
Larry McKay, King Koil's president, who worked with Binke at Spring Air, said, "David stands out for his organizational skills, leadership and selling ability."
