Russo leaves Latex Foam

SHELTON, Conn. — Steve Russo has resigned as president and CEO of Latex Foam International, a supplier of latex foam bedding and pillows.

Rick Sowerby, Latex Foam's chief financial officer, has been appointed interim president while an outside search for a successor is conducted.

Russo said he is leaving to spend more time with his family and to pursue other interests. He has been commuting weekly between his home in Florida and LFI headquarters here.
