F/T, HAT launching new buyers guide

HIGH POINT — Furniture/ Today and Home Accents Today are teaming up to produce the first-ever comprehensive buyers guide of furniture and home accents sources.
The special issue, to be published Aug. 23, will provide detailed listings of sources organized by product category with complete company contact information. In addition, the publication will provide updates on the latest trends shaping key furniture and home accent product categories.
Previously, Furniture/Today and Home Accents Today published separate guides called "The Book" for their respective industries.
"By combining these two publications into one, we're providing furniture and home accent dealers with a one-stop-shopping source for information about all the key lines they carry," said Ray Allegrezza, editor in chief of Furniture/Today. "As more and more furniture dealers explore the growing business of home accents, and more home accents dealers get into furniture, both groups need a first-rate buyers guide that addresses the entire universe of home furnishings resources."
A form requesting information for the buyers guide listings went out to companies last week. In addition, Furniture/Today has posted an easy-to-use form on its Web site for companies that would like to provide their information online.
