• Lane Leather introduces Custom Choice, a comprehensive special-order collection encompassing its entire leather assortment. In lieu of two or three colors in a married program, the manufacturer now will offer a "handle" of eight leather articles in multiple colors for a total of 85 additional options. The new program will be upholstered domestically in Mississippi and will be shipped on Lane's standard delivery cycle of four to six weeks.

Quantum, a New York-based startup supported by worldwide manufacturing facilities, will debut a leather line that includes sofa groups and motion chairs. The new motion concept, "Comfort Tilt," provides for a third rocker motion.
Marketing programs: Both direct import and domestic warehouse programs are offered, plus a unique "support program" for import customers. Tupelo-based Meadowbrook Furniture will distribute the sofa groups on its freight carriers to ensure proper service and handling. The motion chair and ottomans will be offered in a quick-ship program with Fed Ex ground service to support U.S. dealers.

The line, exclusive to Thomasville, is available only to its own galleries and freestanding stores.

Classic design and engineering combine to create the Giselle chaise. The piece features a tubular steel frame, full-spring suspension, ergonomic comfort and an attractive profile. The Filmore Harty design retails at $999 in microfiber or at $1,499 in starting grade leather.
