The collection features “Cool Temp Technology.” Point-of-purchase materials with the collection aim to help retailers implement a mini-makeover on their floors to boost traffic. Retails range from $799 to $1,599.

Additions to company's eco-friendly Earthcare line include a nine-inch latex mattress offered with latex or memory foam duvets. The latex is from Latex International and the polyurethane foam is in Hickory Springs' Preserve foam program. The bed retails for about $2,499.

Also adding a “Sleep to Go” mattress, an eight-inch compressed and rolled foam mattress fashioned from Preserve foam. The six-inch base is topped with two inches of visco foam. The bed, offered in a box, is designed for Internet retailers and also can be used as a carryout purchase at conventional bedding stores.

In addition, Earthcare offers an encased coil futon mattress that incorporates Preserve foam. It will retail at $399 in full, and it expands the company's futon offerings.

The sleep accessories include a waterproof wool mattress pad, retailing at $180 in queen, guaranteed to protect the mattress for up to five years; a waterproof mattress protector, retailing at $90, which features a thin cotton sheet; and a pillowcase, retailing at $70, designed for travelers who want protection while using hotel or airline pillows.

The line includes two collections, a core offering retailing from $1,199 to $1,699 and the Estate line, retailing from $1,499 to $2,499. The line features upgraded materials and a new aesthetic look, including tack-and-jump quilting patterns utilizing a S&F script design, and carriage tufting on the borders. The core line uses a milk chocolate and beige color scheme, while the Estate line has a dark chocolate and tan color scheme. The Estate line also features a Continental box spring with a raspberry peek-a-boo fabric.

THERAPEDIC

Unveiling its BackSense line with HourGlass Support, a feature it developed with components supplier Leggett & Platt. Retails start at $399 and go to $999. The new HourGlass feature, exclusive to Therapedic, has been shown to increase firmness by 18% in the shoulders, hips and lumbar areas. It is an ergonomically designed polypropylene insert designed to sit atop the coil unit.
