Cochran gets new sales post at Exact

COLLIERVILLE, Tenn. — Exact Commerce, a manufacturer of occasional and casual dining furniture, OEM chair frames and exposed wood components, has promoted Jonathan B. Cochran to national sales manager, a newly created position.
He joined the company in 1997 as territory manager for Mississippi and in 2000 was promoted to regional sales manager for OEM to the Southeast. He has been instrumental in expanding Exact's client base in North Carolina, Virginia and Mississippi, the company said.
In his new post, he will coordinate product development between Exact USA and Exact Wood, the company's Dongguan, China, manufacturing plant, and also will manage the U.S. sales force and work with key accounts.
He reports to his father, J. Terry Cochran, chief operating officer.
