Quaker names fabric veteran to head European sales office

FALL RIVER, Mass. — FALL RIVER, Mass. — Quaker Fabric has named Markus Mueller, a 14-year European fabric market veteran, as its exclusive sales agent in Europe.
He will manage Quaker's new sales office and fabric showroom in Wuppertal, Germany.
Quaker President and CEO Larry Liebenow said the new office "will provide Quaker with outstanding access to Dusseldorf, the fashion capital of Germany, to Cologne and to virtually every major furniture industry player in the region, including fabric distributors and furniture manufacturers with operations in Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Finland, Poland, France and the Netherlands."
