Broyhill promotes two, hires Iasiello

LENOIR, N.C. — John Iasiello has joined Broyhill as merchandise manager for domestic case goods and occasional. He reports to Jeff Katz, who held the same position before his promotion to vice president and general merchandise manager.
In addition, Gary Huffstetler has been promoted from director of case goods design to senior director of corporate design. Scott Dergins, formerly case goods designer, has been promoted to Huffstetler's old job.
Iasiello was most recently a regional vice president of sales for Natuzzi Americas. He also has worked with retailers Levitz, Federated Department Stores, Huffman Koos and Breuners. He will be responsible for the merchandising of domestic wood product and imported occasional.
Huffstetler has worked with Broyhill for 40 years, and his designs include Fontana, Continental Tapestry and Attic Heirlooms. He will manage the Broyhill design team for both case goods and upholstery, and reports to Katz.
Before joining Broyhill in 1999, Dergins, who reports to Huffstetler, designed for Drexel Heritage, Kindel and Kittinger.
