OptiLogistics restructures management

IRVING, Texas — IRVING, Texas— OptiLogistics, a marketer of unit load and transport packaging systems applicable to the furniture industry, has restructured its management team.
Rex Lowe is now the company's president and chief executive officer. He was most recently president of CHEP USA, where he also held the posts of senior vice president of operations, vice president of information technology, vice president of business development and region operations director.
Roger Miller is OptiLogistics' new senior vice president and chief financial officer. He was most recently senior vice president and chief financial officer of CHEP Americas and, before that, vice president of finance for Cott Beverages USA.
Edward Fuller, the new senior vice president of operations, was most recently president of The Midlands Group.
Gary Garkowski, senior vice president of marketing, spent the last five years as president of Logistics and Transportation Marketing.
OptiLogistics is a sister company of Top 100 retailer IKEA.
