SmartLiving ShowPlace opens in Weinberger's

AUGUSTA, Ga. — Weinberger's, a family-owned mid- to upper-end furniture store based here, has opened a SmartLiving ShowPlace that displays Hooker Furniture.

The ShowPlace, featuring Hooker's home office, home entertainment, accent, bedroom and seating furnishings, occupies 4,000 square feet in the 20,000-square-foot store on Washington Road.

Another SmartLiving ShowPlace opened last May in Weinberger's Greensboro, Ga., store.

Weinberger's has been in business for 75 years. The entire store was remodeled for the grand opening event, which also includes a new contract division, Weinberger's Business Interiors.
