MONROE, Mich. — La-Z-Boy has opened a new store in Arizona and has reopened two stores in California.
A La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries store has opened in Goodyear, Ariz., on West McDowell Road. The new 20,724-square-foot store offers a full selection of La-Z-Boy furniture, including chairs, sofas, cocktail tables and decorative accent pieces such as lamps, area rugs, wall art and accessories.
Ed Breunig III is the store owner.
Two La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries stores, originally owned and operated by the former McMahan's Furniture chain, have been reopened in Redding and Chico, Calif., by Jim and Liz Reego, who own four other La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries in Sacramento.
The Redding store is 10,500 square feet and is on Athens Avenue. The Chico store is 16,500 square feet and is on Esplanade.
Both redesigned stores offer a selection of furniture, including chairs and sofas, correlating cocktail tables and lamps, area rugs, wall art and decorative accessories.
The Reegos have been in the La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries family for more than 25 years and are second-generation operators in the furniture industry.
The openings bring the number of La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries stores to 328.
