NeoCon preview

Office products show expects healthy turnout, aggressive product intros

The pulse of the office furniture business is growing stronger, which should be a good sign for NeoCon here this week.

Designers, planners and dealers are expected to be out in big numbers for the show, looking for new solutions and better values.

  1. Kimball Office's Departure case goods lineup offers a comprehensive package of desks, side tables, storage options, privacy screens and work tools.

  2. HLC is showing the Harlow Collection, including this guest chair offering a modern take on a moderne style.

  3. Topdeq's Sui desk lamp is wireless and uses an LED lightsource that will last up to 100,000 hours. The lamp folds for easy portability.

  4. Vecta is unveiling the Rosa stackable guest chair line that can be made with or without arms, and with a variety of upholstering options.

  5. Hale is showing its new Solid Wood Storage Drawer Modules, designed to fit on top of or between file cabinets and bookcases. They drawers can be configured to accommodate CDs, diskettes and videos, as well as assorted office supplies.

  6. La-Z-Boy Contract's new Hyperion task chair offers a synchro tilt mechanism, a no-touch back height adjustment with width and arm adjustments, and 60 degree arm cap rotation.

  7. The funky HAG H09 is HAG's newest seating product, and will be distributed in the United States through izzydesign.
