Ameriwood C&D 9A

  • Entertainment introductions include coordinated sets of TV stands and audio racks finished in Russian maple with Greystone accents and tempered glass shelves in smoked gray.

  • In home office, introductions include a matching desk and hutch in an Encore Cherry finish with wicker inserts and solid-wood vertical molding for enhanced stability and design appeal. Another desk-hutch combination features a Keystone Cherry finish with tempered and frosted glass doors with lead detail. This group also features a matching credenza. A new 72-inch executive desk is finished in Mohawk Maple and has a scalloped modesty panel flanked by all-wood moldings and rosettes.

Bush Furniture IHFC W-547

  • Introducing 20 SKUs for entertainment and electronics. Items include audio towers, video bases, entertainment centers and armoires in a variety of styles, such as open architecture, metal and glass, Mission and contemporary. Prices will run from $79 for video bases to $399 for full-scale entertainment centers.

  • In the SOHO category, adding eight SKUs in the $199 to $399 retail range.

  • Also showing four or five new items in the home-storage category and making a large expansion of assembled case goods under the Eric Morgan brand.

Canwood 220 Elm 216

  • Adding to the solid-wood Alpine Series with a loft-over-futon design for youth bedroom uses, $549 retail. The metal futon mechanism features a powder-coated silver finish.

  • Also expanding the Apex collection with the Sunrise Platform Bed. Like all Canwood furniture, the Sunrise Bed is manufactured in solid Canadian lodgepole pine. Available in twin, full, queen and eastern king sizes. A queen size bed is priced at $499 retail.

Creative Interiors IHFC M-530

A division of Thomasville Furniture Inds., the company has swapped adjoining showroom space with its sister brands, Vignettes and Founders Furniture.

  • In entertainment, introductions will include five walls in configurations that include piers around either an armoire or a TV stand and a bridge. Styles will include transitional, traditional and Shaker, with prices from $199 to $399.

  • In bedroom, the company is announcing an innovation in its packaging. The company also is targeting craft carts and workstations as a new opportunity for flat-pack furniture, introducing five SKUs for that use.

Gusdorf Canada C&D 8B

  • Introducing the Mystic Series 10-piece collection for home office, including an L-shaped computer workstation, $269 retail. The scratch-resistant glass tops, chrome structure and wood accents combine to create a stylish contemporary look. A sliding system on the keyboard pullout and hutch allows shelves to glide easily from side to side and to lock in a variety of positions.

  • The MetalWorks Generation 2 features a new L-shaped entertainment center, $249, that can accommodate all 36-inch televisions. Adjustable shelves can house several audio and video components as well as media.

  • The company also is adding SKUs to several of its existing entertainment, office and bedroom collections, hitting a broad range of styles and price points.

O'Sullivan Furniture 220 Elm 120

  • O'Sullivan is repositioning its Intelligent Designs brand to serve the commercial office furniture market, and launching a premium furniture brand, Home Architecture, that will provide home office and entertainment furniture designed to accommodate leading-edge digital technology products, including plasma televisions. The flagship brand, O'Sullivan Furniture, will continue to offer home entertainment, home office, bedroom, kitchen and storage solutions at value price points. O'Sullivan also has an exclusive license to produce garage storage products under the Coleman brand.
    Home Architecture's introductions include the Plasmatics and Variant 1.0 collections:

  • Plasmatics is a premium home entertainment collection in brushed aluminum and opaque glass. The five initial SKUs include a console table entertainment stand, audio pier, 36-inch TV stand, 50-inch TV stand and a patent-pending design for an adjustable plasma TV stand.

  • Variant 1.0 provides consumers with a broad range of finish options on furniture designed for flat-screen TVs. Multiple veneer and lacquer finishes will be available on TV stands that feature a patent-pending design that accepts flat screen TVs in a variety of sizes.

  • Intelligent Designs, the commercial office division of O'Sullivan Furniture, will show three new office collections — J-Line, Evanston and Level 9. These three collections will offer executive office solutions that feature premium materials such as solid-wood faces and details. J-Line will be offered in a Baltic Cherry and Pumice finish combination, Evanston will feature a Rainey Cherry finish, and Level 9 will be available in a Heritage Oak finish.

  • O'Sullivan Furniture's introductions include additions to the Carnegie Bay and Fluent collections; new closet storage systems; expansions to the metal and butcher-block kitchen furniture line; and new pieces for the Bedroom-in-a-Box program.

  • The Coleman line is spotlighting the new DuraStor collection. DuraStore features door-based cabinets, drawer-based cabinets, worktops, storage hutches with integrated task lighting and power access and jumbo cabinets. A new line of dedicated sporting equipment storage cabinets also will be featured. All of these models will be in the exclusive WorkShield laminate in a Bronzestone finish.

Rose Hill 142 S. Main St.

Rose Hill is expanding its Sofastogo program of modular upholstery by introducing a gallery program with complete point-of-purchase support, your-choice arm program and expanded main-line offerings. New styles include Tribeca Loft, a sofa-loveseat-chair combination with a $399 price point.

Rush Inds. 118 N. Wrenn St.

Morgan Oak is a collection of 36 pieces for kitchen storage and accessory display. Available in traditional, transitional and contemporary styles, the solid-oak collection features light and medium finishes. The metal accessories are offered in solid colors as well as copper, pewter, and granite. Some items are available pre-assembled. Warehouse and container programs are available.

Sauder 220 Elm 218

Sauder is introducing new pieces designed to meet the storage needs of each room of the home. New home office and entertainment pieces feature more space for stashing accessories, electronics and other items. Sauder also is designing storage options for specific interests.

  • New additions to the Craft Center collection includes four items with work surfaces and storage space for the tools and materials used in scrapbooking, knitting and sewing.

  • Featuring 10 pieces each for home office and home entertainment, Maple Grove is a midpriced collection in a rich Sandalwood finish with French Provincial base and top treatments. Details include clean utilitarian hardware and arched glass doors with large crown treatments. The collection contains four new kitchen carts priced at $130 to $200 retail.

  • In addition, the teak-finished Mika collection includes five entertainment pieces, retailing from $70 to $150, and five home office pieces, $100 to $250; the Harbor View collection is expanding with 10 new bedroom pieces, $80 to $460, five home office items, $130 to $200, and an entertainment center, $100; Willow Falls, another existing collection, in American Cherry finish, is growing with 10 bedroom pieces, $80 to $400, five entertainment SKUs, $100 to $300, and three items for the home office, $180 to $400; and the Lockport collection, with American Cherry finish and metal bases, is adding two entertainment pieces, $200 to $300.

Venture Horizons/Spartak C&D 8K

  • Introducing three kitchen pieces combining granite and beadboard. Kitchen islands and butcher blocks are mobile cabinets with solid, 2.5-inch-thick, butcher-block tops and 18-inch-square granite inserts. Retail prices run from $99 to $199, with coordinating granite cutting boards priced from $59 to $99.

  • Also new, twin media towers for entertainment storage have a sleek, elegant design that reaches six feet tall, $99 to $199. For laundry storage, the company has two new super centers retailing from $79 to $149.

  • Finally, a new bedroom chest of drawers is built with real beadboard panels, or it can be ordered with plain sides and is available with two matching storage pieces, $79 to $149. The company has lowered prices on 15 SKUs in its existing line.

Introducing a variety of ready-to-assemble bedroom, home office, kitchen, storage, entertainment and youth furniture. Line includes solid hardwoods, MDF, particleboard, steel, plastic and glass, in finishes that include melamine, paper and vinyl.
