Feizy makes management changes

Dallas — Nader Emami has been named senior vice president and general manager of rug supplier Feizy Import & Export Co.
John Feizy, chief executive officer, said Emami's appointment is part of a broad realignment of top management positions.
Amir Loloi resigned as Feizy president in July.
Emami brings more than 18 years experience to the post. Before joining Feizy, he was vice president and general manager of Rugs by Design at Louis Shanks of Texas.
To accommodate the company's accelerated growth, Feizy said it has made other changes as well.
Ray Ehsani, a five-year veteran of the company, is now vice president of sales, Division One. His responsibilities include new business development and overseeing the company's trade show participation in High Point and Atlanta.
Ray Hashemi, a Feizy employee since 1993, is now vice president of sales, Division Two. He will be in charge of the Dallas showrooms, national events and European operations.
Fazel Ali, an eight-year veteran of Feizy, has been promoted from senior account executive to vice president of sales, Division Three. In this newly created position, Ali will manage the division's sales team and develop key account relationships.
Richard Schmale, previously area sales manager, has been promoted to director of national sales. In this new position, Schmale will be in charge of Feizy's national sales force, sales training and presentations.
Sid Tava has been promoted to director of customer relations, responsible for advancement of customer sales and support. Tava is a 15-year staff member who was previously customer service manager and account executive.
Leah Feizy has been named director of inventory, another new position. Feizy will work with senior management in planning, forecasting and purchasing.
Sorenna Chen is rejoining the company and will be in charge of the design and development of the Feizy Home Collection.
