Zollar is La-Z-Boy International GM

Monroe, Mich. — Thomas F. Zollar has been named to the newly created position of general manager of La-Z-Boy International.
In addition to his current responsibilities as managing director of La-Z-Boy Europe, he will be responsible for the company's Thailand operation, all licensee relationships and the export of La-Z-Boy upholstery.
"The consolidation of these efforts is an important step as we move to expand the La-Z-Boy brand globally," said John Case, president of the La-Z-Boy Upholstery Group. "Tom's diverse background, vast company knowledge and experience managing La-Z-Boy Europe make him the ideal choice to lead our various international ventures."
Zollar, who reports to Case, continues to be based at the company's main office here.
He joined La-Z-Boy in 1983 and has held a variety of sales and merchandising positions. La-Z-Boy Europe designs, manufactures, markets and distributes motion furniture throughout Europe.
