Clayton Marcus taps McCall

Hickory, N.C. — Upholstery producer and La-Z-Boy subsidiary Clayton Marcus has named former Broyhill executive Allison McCall to the newly created position of merchandise manager.
She reports to Paul Peters, vice president of sales and marketing.
"Allison will work closely with retailers and vendors to develop the most salable product possible," Peters said. "She will be responsible for creating new product, sourcing and merchandising programs. We feel extremely fortunate to have attracted a person with such passion for the upholstery business, combined with her energizing and youthful perspective."
McCall, who has been in the industry for eight years, most recently was merchandise manager for case goods and previously for upholstery at Broyhill. She began her furniture career with Classic Leather.
